The company is owned and run by Mark Anthony Leal. He is a trained Phlebotomist and has been practicing phlebotomy for 5 years. He is trained and certified to do the following:

- Perform venipuncture

- Verify acceptability of specimen

- Maintain proper records

- Supervise delivery of results

- Verify the identity of an individual in case of tests that require chain of custody

- Dispose of contaminated waste, needles, or sharps.

- Transportation and handling of pathological samples.
